All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our team or travel partners.

2. Cancellation & Refund Request

3. Refund Eligibility & Processing

• Refund eligibility depends on the specific hotel, transport, or service provider's policy.
• Transaction fees and service charges are generally non-refundable.

4. Hotel Booking Refunds

• Refunds are subject to the individual hotel's cancellation policy.
• No refunds are provided for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
• Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation rules.

6. Yatra Services Refund

Bookings for local services like pony, palki, or transport are subject to availability and local vendor policies. In case of cancellation, refunds are provided as per the respective vendor’s terms.

7. Cancellation by Us

In rare situations, if we have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, or operational issues), a refund or rescheduling option will be provided according to our partner policies.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refunds for unused services or incomplete travel.
• No refunds for delays caused by weather, traffic, or natural events.
• No refunds if incorrect information is provided by the customer.
